Question about fix Pips up and/or down (so called Grid trading). Nothing against but I don`t trade. Every underlying has its own grid-pattern. I agree there is no such thing as secret in retail forex. You have given enough ideas for me to explore further. I thank you for it. Yes, if any more discussion is needed, I will invite you to a new thread.

the leg up from 1.1525 virtually failed in utmost craziness , but the spikes may not over yet.a new bull set up in top now . so test up or top will wait for crush next . over 1.1800 to 1850/1980+ is absolutely resistance zone . may need support at 1.1615- yesterday spike up as if no move to top yet , so to try bull again or so.Take care , fontu

Can you explain how you traded the breakout from Draghi yesterday? I don't see how anybody could have made profit there unless your entries are happening before the breakout and are completely on point. And it proved to be a fakeout after all. I would fear this move up happening now more than that of yesterday.

I thought you traded the 'Draghi breakout', your trades happened way before he started speaking, i already saw those yea. I don't understand how Draghi helped you then.

FX markets were little changed with USD index steady and back above 94.00 following the prior day’s intra-day rebound while EUR/USD remained subdued after having erased post-Draghi gains.

Option expiries of note for today's 15:00 BST:
EUR/USD: 1.1700 (0.434 BLN), 1.1745-50 (0.716 BLN), 1.1765-75 (0.724 BLN) and 1.1800 (0.275 BLN).

Well I went short yesterday @ 1.1795 with a stop @ 1.1840 and a target @ 1.1648.
The EUR/USD might try to reach for 1.1795 again before returning south.

Oh, sorry, I set my "spike traps" only in the morning, ahead LO. Damn, I should trade Draghi but I thought he will be insignificat load for charts.
I meant those politicians and market makers use to help the breakout traders in general, by creating chart spikes and killing boring ranges.
For my style, spikes are quite fine, but ranges sucks
