hi xmess, i was wondering if the EA could show the pair that is going to be opened if I use D1 candle color filter. Lets say 6 pairs is filtered out out of 10 pairs that is sugggested from the indicator. I am testing using Greedisgood dashboard and it seems filtering out using candle color helps to out negative pips pair.

Hello everyone. these are my results of the week. I have used two different strategies: one weekly (open the basket on Monday and close on Friday) and another with the template NEW WEEKLY SET, but entering every day of the week.
Attached results of the weekly strategy, that of NEW WEEKLY SET of Friday, an image with the results of the week and a pdf with the detail of the different operations carried out during the days of the week.

Next week I will use the NEW WEEKLY SET with the indicator ### CMSMIndV17.01, but opening trades Monday and Wednesday only.

Soo youmade 4%+ with opening trades everyday ore where that with the weekly basket???

Here's my 2 cents regarding the VB matter:
Since the Vanilla version will be a 'simple' version with very limited functions I would very much prefer this final version to be packed with functions for users to tinker with.

Nope... non of the versions have any indicator compiled as a resource nor is iCustom() used.

The only thing the EA does is check for existence of the indicator file in the Indicators folder... if not found then the EA posts a message telling the user what is missing and unloads from the chart.

What i have wrong that is avoiding buy and sell trade at the same time ? My idea is only to filter pair that has same direction in both, but this option is not there yet.

After some minutes appear new pairs in the list and were not added .

i would check a few things:
* is autotrading enabled?
* is the margin requirement comfortably met?

what does your expert log say?
perhaps post it here - maybe someone can pinpoint what happened?

other than that, i cant say i see anything odd about those settings - unless of course my eyes are still sleeping

Hello Janus,
the way the candle filter or the bbsqueeze filter works is following: The EA looks at the virtual basket - it looks at the total amount of pips from all the pairs suggestetd by the indicator. When the trigger is reached (in your screenshot the max pip count is 3,7 pips, so it was reached) the ea will take those pairs under consideration of the filter settings you set in the ea and put them in the real basket. This is the way this ea works.

My VB didnt trigger today within the 1st 3 hours, so i'm closing it at 3pm (GMT +2)

You can find my preset in post #13314. I explain my method in detail in a few posts following that one.

I currently open my baskets at 14:10 GMT. The opening time is 40 minutes after New York Stock Exchange open. So it will change with Daylight Savings Time change.

No trade today, VB did not trigger.

Better to sit out and wait for Wednesday.

I tried the new version 41.9 today.
It didn't open a virtual basket, I tried different settings but I didn't get it to work.
I opened a real basket without vb to test the "sort pair by strenght" funktion - it worked fine, the pairs were taken from top to bottom.
I will attach the logfile, so you can see what happened. The first time the vb should have been opened was 9:00 gmt.
I bagan trying other settings after 11:00 gmt, 13:00 broker time - you see it in the logfile.
