anime: REAL EASY MAN!! Just copy the trades from the demo account to the live account and you are set! I do that a lot. I will run the EA on a demo account and copy the results to a live account. In fact if u think about it. The broker on the live account has no real idea of what you are using, other than the copier EA. So yea, verrrry stealthy. LOL...

The only thing that I can attest to... is OBSERVATION of MM patterns. You see I have discovered that its not so much about the approach its about the occurrence of winning and ESPECIALLY LOSING. Yep, its essential you have an approach that has some sort of edge but it does not have to be anything major. In fact many times I just throw a line on the chart and trade that. and nothing else. The key is this. When you find the approach (like this EA for example) and you see that it works... then what you need to do is either forward test or live test it during the worse conditions (RED NEWS, TRUMP SNEEZE, CHF BIG CRASH, etc etc etc).. Then just look,... look and see how many times it loses, how much it loses, then from that you develop your EXIT. Once you have that EXIT then you know how many times it loses, how far down it will lose, and you will also start to SEE the probability of winning right after the loss is had. Long story short with that knowledge then you develop a simple MM and combine it with the EA and BAM... you will look like a GOD to the rest of us poor traders LOL.

I am going to publish the two trade runs I had with this approach. the 3 month run back in 2017 that had no loss and the recent run with CMSM that does have loses(despite those loses the account is up for the year over 25%). I am also going to explain what the loses have shown me. I can say this with certainty... from now on the chances of my basket hitting a -7% SL are very small. This is what I learned from those losses. Its a simple mm approach.. plus... I plan to move up the TP.. YESS lol.. so my tp will be 7%. Since I do not see me hitting -7% anytime soon.. or maybe ever, LOL. then that "ratio" thing has improved.... lol.

Anyhow. Based on what I have seen from the development EA's I think this Friday I will release v41.8.. LOL yes we have progressed that much.... I decided not to release it until it was fully tested and all bugs were removed... So hang in there... this is going to get real interesting.....

magne999: I think you know the answer . LOL FORWARD LIVE TESTSING!! That's how we got the setting we have. I added Wednesday BTW lol.. So don't blame it all on MRDFX...

Since you brought up the question, why don't you try the other days and also try the other others. Its easy... just set the hours and the days in the EA and forward test. As you get results report them... then in bout 3-5 months you will determine which ones are best and then you can share the preset file and we can all benefit.

This is the way we did it.. this is why we picked those days... and the settings for the CMSM or CCFP-DIFF.

Hi Xmess7

Is possible in your EA make combination of different time frames of CMSM indicator like the DASHBOARD EAX with PIN option ? My idea is to filter for example CMSM H4 + CMSM D1 but make exit with CMSM H4 . There with PIN we can filter ANY entry with ANY exit criteria.

Asked Grandaevus about communicate via PIN using his AMAZING indicator but seem he is out now.

Today's RB basket. ProfitLock was triggered at about 90 pips. It was set for 148 pips.

Trail Stop closed trade at about +99 pips. With no open basket ProfitLock setting is shown, 148 pips.

Oh, the fonts for the EA are contained in a zip file. You have to manually copy the fonts to the C:\windows\fonts folder.
This is only necessary if you are experiencing weird fonts on your mt4 charts, usually folks running on wine(linux/mac) have need of these files.

But you know come to thing of it. I could add the fonts as a resource to the EA and give the user an option to "apply fonts" from the EA. LOL.
So technically it would be as if the EA generated its own fonts... sort of... more like loaded its own fonts...

I apologize, I re-read your original post and misunderstood it. You where basically asking does anyone have the thvt3.ex4 indi cause you saw that mt4 was not detecting it. My reply was leaning toward clarification of "why" you saw that error in the log... but you already knew that.

Anyhow let me now give ya the correct answer, LOL,,, no, at least I don't have that indicator... lol

Wednesday Basket update.
Hit -9.28%, -4.96% for the week.

Well folks... the market made me eat my text LOL (see post https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...5#post11492825). I was right in that my chances of hitting -7% are still low but I didn't anticipate hitting -9% LOL.

Funny thing though, as I look at the trade data I noticed this.
At the 3 hour mark (after the basket opened) the basket was still in profit, at about +3%. The crash (who knows what happened ... GBP pairs??) happened around the 3 hour and 5 minute mark. I mean the basket crashed real fast, so fast that the EA was not able to keep up and close the trades such that -7% would of been the ending stop.

So my observation still holds for the 3 hour mark. I have seen this time and time again. Initially my plan was to close out the basket if by the 3 hour mark it had not ventured into profit. But in the same token... if I ever take a peak and see that the basket is in profit, I close it that instant (SEE PROFIT/CLOSE PROFIT)..

So look to see this mm feature added in the new version. You will have the choice to use it or not.. Basically this turns the stoploss into a time base value versus pips or percentage. The numbers are there and the occurrences are there, plus with the hit rate this approach has by doing this (which will keep the losses low) its going to yield awesome results.

PS: Yes it was a -9% stop even though I have -7% setup in the EA. I consider this acceptable in that the original stoploss was -10%. So by having it set to -7% I have a buffer for when weird price movements happen. Man, I looked closer at the times and the basket basically crashed in a matter of seconds. I must of been up 2.9% then went down to -9% in less than 15 seconds or so. ...

Sorry to hear - but sudden news will probably always take you out. It was Brexit news. And it goes both ways, sometimes we also benefit from it.

I had problems with my start of EA so it started 9.09 GMT and hit TP 7% 89 pips 1 hour and 25 min later. Pure luck.

I also see a pattern that TP is hit around 1 to 2 hours from 9 gmt opening.

But Jess you will get revenge on monday :-)))

Happy Wednesday! +5.5%

It was good to take today's win, as last week Wednesday was a loss.

So overall its been a good week with over +10% made thanks to this strategy.

I had the same settings but probably the size of the account is different. So I didn't reach 5.5%. Now I am still riding the drawdown...let's see what happens
