one of the few genuine role models in finance.................

Interesting fact: in his 30s, his fund almost went bankrupt and he had to borrow from his dad.......

and today, he is the world's biggest HF manager........

ALL FX Trends ARE DM flow related.

Amazing, isn't it?


I am sure that trend followers would use the info to just place their trend trades now and then, skipping all the precise short-term trading.

Other ppl would use the info to select the right EA for the right period (for example; range EAs for when there are DM positions both sides etc.).

Others would use it to filter out losing trades from their system or style.

Others again would do precise short-term trading similiar to what I do.

Orderbook API is not a new invention. So if you should disappear then probably a lot of other people, too

I donīt think it is the causality. The cause why DM is placed there is because it is needed to be there to move the market, where the SM deciede it.
Orderbook trading is mainly observing the state of this achievement done by the MMs so that you can join the party as soon they are done with it.
