Hi Oddbjorg

Well the downtrend has become well established - we should have got in around 15850 because it was 90% certainty going down!!

Anyway still time to get in as next stop should be 1.5000 then 1.4500 then down to 1.3800 eventually

Weekly candles for 2018.
Open pdf and scroll down. That will be full size.
Interresting to see how some of the curency/pairs - like C - and U - pairs are more calm going, which we also would like them to be, so we can be in the trade longer.
Other pairs are more choppy.

Yes, it would have given a lot, if we went in there..
There seems to be some room and good pips left for the candlebody to go down to lower bb, which it looks like the pair usually respects.

Hello

Can we take a position based on last weeks candle?
Can the concept - True and False - about the weekly candles be used?

The statement is:
Green last week – green this week TRUE or FALSE for each coming candle – shall we buy?
Red last week – red this week TRUE or FALSE for each coming candle – shall we sell?

Study this chart and lets communicate – to simple to be true.

Some pairs are "True" for a long time - so it pays to Buy and buy for weeks as well as sell and sell in the periods in between and v/v.
But of course we have to think about that some currencies are slow going.

I think you're absolutely right on weekly analysis. Events over the last few months have confirmed that I was wrong on EURAUD especially.

The trend is up and with fundamentals on the Aussie economy remaining weak for the forseeable future, it looks like first stop 1.6500 and eventually 2.000 is the target long term.

Yes, GBPJPY agree the trend is down with with 1.2500 or even 1.2000 as the long term objective

Fascinating to look at FX book community outlook and see that an incredible 89% of their traders are short on EURAUD!

Looking at the Aud-pairs this time -
Diverse for diverse pairs -
- if bouncing low/high bb
- if going through mid bb
- if there are wicks
- some pairs are more calm

Rocket science - no -
Simple - yes - to simple ??
Does it work to find a system - to just look at - how has it been for 3 to 4 or so?

Will look at it again after some weeks.
Take care - do not do any trade because of this my post - this is just for communication.

I am in on D - from 1/11 2018 - now 27 pips -
I will have it open, and will keep an eye on it, to see if it is a start on a weekly route of 2 more 3 candles.
I could be on BK8 thread with this, but this is about my study on weekly - but with the BK8 - system, so I thought
I had better be home on the ranch with my thoughts.

Someone asked me about the difference between qoute and reply to thread.

When you push Reply to thread - which is at the left at the bottom - is:

You start a new post - insde the actual thread - with a comment or question or answer as you please.

When you push Qoute in a post someone has written: you are starting a new post - but it is referring / and copying the post where you pushed Quote in.
