Just a guess here, but I imagine msniper might actually be referring to what I call "points" (1/10 of a pip). In other words, the targets he's talking about are actually 30 pips, not 300. Again, I'm just assuming.

300 pips is correct, because the account of him, have 4 digits. So 1.1800 - 1.1500 = 300

For accounts with 3 digits is 30 pips.

Ah, okay... it's just that for me, I can't even imagine looking at a target 300 pips away. Since I try to keep most of my trades really short-term/scalping, even 30 would be a pretty big move for me. If I get 5 to 10 I'm happy.

This only him can answer, because we don't know how much money he have and how much lot size he use for each trade for to calculate de risk management.

maybe we are on the way from 3 to 4
after bottom 1.1500 / 1.1400 it is possible to go up once more up to 1.19/1.20+

Between 1.1600 and 1.1500/1.1400 I expect a longer period with repeated oscillations.
So I intend to trade high sequences there. Filled @ / @
Since this assumption does not have to occur, I ask you to be very careful.
I list these trades in order to remain transparent. As soon (I am often absent from PC) as they go into profit, I repeat the number of trade unless I expect a longer trend change. The some weeks ago started daily trading list will continue to exist, if that is of interest.

its 300pips yes not 30pips

the analysis I already post it yesterday and its based on Elliott Waves.

I estimated the period and my guess was 2 weeks which mean we going up until 14th of September but its not guaranteed it can be longer or shorter

you don't need to follow my target hehe. or u can close half and keep half or may be use a trail stop

the bottom is only 100% confirmed if we go above 1.1733 but no risk no reward I am catching the bottom early am not gonna wait for 1.1733 to buy

I trade huge accounts more than a million dollar.

currently if euro hit 1.1300 I will lose 15% of my capital and if it hit my target I will be gaining more than 40% because I will add more long once we break 1.1733.

yah it scary it take big balls to see huge lots hehe but in every trade before I open any position I will be accepting my loss before accepting the profit. so no stress I already have the loss and wins in my brain

I see your Analysis. Very Impressive.

But I stick to being a short term trader. My trades last anywhere from 1 minute to a Maximum of 24 hours.
There is no profit or loss, until you book them or are margined called or hits your SL or TP.

I personally had a bad experience in my initial years ( 2003-2007 ) trading long term ( beyond 24 hours ) as I misunderstood margin trading as Investment.
Margin trading is more like speculation than investment. The higher the Margin, the higher the specuation.

If I have to invest, I shall do so without Margin trading. I am looking forward to investing in British Pound @ 1.10 ( maybe I am dreaming ) or if EURGBP hits at equals. That would a long term for me.

But for now, I stick to my intraday anywhere between 20 to 50 pips.

yes everyone follow the style that works for them. no one is perfect

in the first 4 years of my forex trading I blow up more than 10 accounts. and I know the feeling of call margin.

I tried to trade daily and get few pips with hit and run style but it make me more stressed every day. but when I trade big targets I am only stressed during the period of creating a bottom or top and after that I am free to go out and live my life with zero stress for many days. so this system worked for me more.

but forex market is not stable the style changes every time. I would say if you see a big rally for 1 month then month followed will be boring ranging sideways. so based on that you can decide what kind of trader u want to be

that's what I see currently in EURUSD

either the bottom is made yesterday at 1.1530 area or one more last leg down before flying.

either way this area from now 1.1570 all the way to 1.1470 is a BUY area. shorting is super risky in my opinion

In FX markets, the greenback was relatively flat with price action subdued as its major counterparts attempted to nurse losses, which saw EUR/USD test 1.1600 to the upside.

Option expiries of note for today's 15:00 BST:
EUR/USD: 1.1495-1.1500 (0.589 BLN), 1.1570 (0.382 BLN) and 1.1610-25 (2.2 BLN).

Today should be a consolidation day and if so, I might have a long entry tomorrow.

I try to follow the rules of my system and it works for me. I won't change settings as long as my system works. Also see https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...8#post11398818 for the perfect example.
