In hindsight I can say :
I know - green / red and other candles almost besides each other is minus, because it makes it kind of flat.
BB narrowing is minus.
But
E weak average
A strong average
Bounching from upper bb is +
Sma pointing south is +
Previous candle was big is +
The only difference from other trades I take is, that I normally wait for on more candle,
and do not keep any trade along over the weekend and close it all.
But I got drifted away to think it was ok with more + than minus, and also as SL is not so close.
Well we will see. I might be wrong - but I am still 55% sure.

In this post you ask me, if I think it is possible to use the BK8 system in a 4H frame.
Sorry I haven't returned on this untill now.
I have backtested 4H and tried it live, and it works somewhat, but not as good as BK8 1H & the D system.
BK8 H4 is somewhat a system you have to babysit. Grrrhr.
However, it is a nice chart to look at, if f. x. the price on a D chart is going north, and there are coming
one or two red candles.
In some currencies it is good to keep an eye on the 4H chart as well - together with the D chart.
See an example enclosed - if we f.x. expect UCh to drop - waiting for sma to start pointing south.
Fell free to return, if this is not clear.

I had short on EA, but now Im in long position. Why? Chart looked for me that the price probably doesnt want to go down and candle has already crossed sma on D1. Will see.

Thanks Odd for the heads up. It's very helpful to know how an experienced trader would view the ema5 set ups.

Am sharing 2 zip files to create the charts in the image. Each contains a template and indicators.

The white chart on the right is the Bk8 D1 chart and the black is for actually placing order(s) at proper time(s) of the day.
You may want to flip the white chart times between D1 and H4 and view how the monthly/weekly pivot lines shifts.
The black chart also have different BB stop alert setups for M30 and M15. Simply change the time frame to observe.

Thanks T4Trade and Inpettos.

As a powerful entry setup reading chart, attached is a chart to check the BB Band Walk setup.

Band Walk setup is defined as the candle closed outside the Bollinger Band Dev 1 (white), 7 to 9 times (candles) before current candle has closed crossing the Dev1.

Entry will be at the open of the next D1 Candle. Anticipated TP would be 50 pips or more (the grid is 50 pips).

Notice the BK8 sma5 signal (yellow dotted line) comes earlier than this Band Walk setup.

Hope this will be of interest to those who want to make big pips with D1 charts.
