Just to clarify Kenshin, I am not saying people who put up videos are fake/etc; in fact, I do follow two guys on Youtube and I think they make great videos, some LIVE, some after-analysis.

Dukas was the one who said so, so fine, I accept that notion from him and challenged him to a trading contest instead. Thereupon we have a funny dude rushing out to defend Dukas and asking me to post videos. What an irony.

It's Sunday evening here in Hong Kong, how's everyone doing?

to read the "terms" from original 'contest thread'

as for the terms, the live acct part was full from Dukas with meaningful terms, both no limitation of pairs, and a meaningful amount to make the time worthwhile. ( and that department your offer for challenge lags, a lot!)

not that it really matter.

So basically, I fit all his rules except that I don't have 500k or a million.

Well...that doesn't really matter actually. Since we are competing base on percentage gain, I can trade my small little account and Dukas can trade his 1 million account as usual..so that means I don't take up any more of his time than he is doing trading...right? It's just "business as usual" (pun intended) for him, trading his usual account and we will compete to see who makes the better percentage gain. It's just for fun's sake, no harm done...

If Dukas takes up this challenge and wins, he will add more credibility to himself. If he loses...well, he can't lose to a nobody, can he?

Hi bud, i posted earlier that all videos,charts,eas are rubbish.
i actually mean the ones the brokers and broker supplier agents post, not the likes of you so i apologise if you think i was having a go, which i am not.

It's all good, no apology needed. I've misinterpreted it, so it's me who needs to apologize. I saw the comments that videos are pointless and that most are sh*t just after my video was mentioned by bluesteele. I just didn't want anyone coming to the conclusion that my video was part of that demographic.

I agree that most broker vids are shit though, mainly designed to encourage noobs over-trading and losing their money quicker. Seems to work too. I need them bitches to lose better so I can profit more.

What's the highest there is? 1000:1 or something. That's just insane. I very rarely use above 10:1 and even then I get antsy about that being too high.

i am sorry, that is a very beginner take on this "contest".
i am sure you not a moment consider trading 500k with the same risk and return targets than 1k.
if you say otherwise, get back to your drawing board, the sooner the better ( for you)!

i am sure i would lose to you in a "contest".
but really we look things at a very different way.
if a month later...
100% of 1k = 1k....and not pay the bills i have for a month.
but if i have 4%, it covers all plus leaves me some extra.
why would i want to trade for 100% month to compete with you ( or anyone)?
would % or $ buy you the groceries end of the month? i know what my supermarket take.
i am pretty sure Dukas had similar thoughts. thus passed a screenshot contest, like any trader would who actually trade.
and for your proposal of a contest with 1k, it is more like a weekend in the casino, than actual 'trading contest', no offense.
i may be wrong here, but feel that until this sinks in you are not a trader, but just the run of the mill noob with a few dollar and a dream to get rich quick. not unique here, really.

disclosure. right now i handling less than 500k to 1 million.

Well..of course you can take it this way..but by entering the contest, there is no deviation from BAU....so why not? Unless...

Business as usual will be different using a 1k account compared to 100k or more. The more at risk in $, the more caution with the business. I normally target 3-4% per month, but if my account only had 1k, then I could target 20-30% a month. If I lost my 1k, who cares, it's just play money. If I lost 100k, it's a different story altogether.

I have never used leverage but i am sure i saw 1000:1 the other day AND perhaps i was dreaming maybe 2000:
