Nobody wins, especially consumers here and in other countries. It's just "window dressing" for the voters.

Meanwhile price move in UJ might be temporary.

The first red candle happened at the same time as the UJ drop. Second candle who knows, then we get a huge GAP down. UJ is going down.

No gap just some brokers - as my 1 minute chart shows. Or on US Treasury chart either.

USD7JPY can still reach a fews higher but i went short as the profit will be good. it will take some time to reach 106

Looks like a double top on this on the hourly as well as a double top on the dollar. Maybe some down now? Or maybe not...

Lots of bullish momentum. Potential break of weekly bear trendline. Appears to me with trendfollowers jumping in this has plenty of room to run to the upside.

BS reasoning... This article is trying to justify the awkward move in UJ. even Gold and CHF lost value after the so-called trade war news. safe havens are not safe anymore if the big boys don't want them to be...
There's no harm in being smtm wrong especially if one is promptly found out
