I already showed how to spot when price tend to go into consolidation with my charts posted. There were many examples posted in the last 3 years.

Hi, Emm!

At this very moment, I see that as consolidation, based on the IB on D1 and MC on H4. By the way, the W1 candle is not a WRB per your your rules, as it is not the biggest in the last 3-4 candles (if I remember correctly). it is actually a little smaller than the previous one, but a big bar, nonetheless. So until I see a breakout and a close under that support, I am staying away, I am neither a buyer, nor a seller.

I am assuming you will trade the H4 MC (which is also a WRB) by entering on H1 with the help of the TDI, correct me if I am wrong.

Too bad this place is now the garbage bin of the FF. It used to be a fun place a few years ago, where no one was fighting and no one was acting like spoiled children.

Have already a sell in.
M15 say No
- Green is flat.
- Stoch want to go up
- On top of a small support
- Bar's are small
- Wick's are none to small (seller's and buyer's are in agreement
H1 say go for it.
- Green angle below 4
- Stoch down
- Short term agree with Long term
- Support might stop down trend or cause consolidation
- Bar is going from small to big
- Wicks are mostly at the top

Stop lying Emmanuel, anyone that's been around here for at least 5-6 years knows you lie through your teeth. It's been a standing joke for years but most people have either left here as I did or just let you get away with it as they don't care, I haven't cared for years but I come back here and you are STILL using the same bullshit, it's unbelievable. Trading Forex is the toughest thing I've ever done in my life and the Forex Factory is the first place I came to to get started and I'm sure it's the same for a great many people. For your own selfish reasons you have turned this great thread in to a joke and much of the time it's now a case of the blind leading the blind. Over the years you have point blank refused to show anyone your trading results for even a week let alone a year but you're really good at the hindsight bullshit. We all know why you refuse.

Hey RickM, using M5, how do you watch/monitor currency pairs to be able to catch the moves? Do you narrow your focus at the beginning of the trade session based on higher TF and then just watch a smaller # of currencies?

Emmanuel is actually very helpful and because of this forum and all our knowledge and input we are able to learn off each other. Emmanuel is extremely experienced and his insights into trading and the dedication he provides us all with is highly commended.

RN underneath and NY session means only trade able for the first few hours as high chance of consolidation? and also looks like a third entry candle.

During the day, the market can consolidate anytime and we cannot be sure if that happen during a particular market session. Looking at history chart, GBPUSD pair tends to perform better during the London session. This seems to be true as I read Big E old thread, he started trading GBPUSD M15 during the London session using the natural flow system which he subscribed to.

First, looks like you picked a winner at the BRN 111.00. That is a common Inside Bar consolidation follow with a reversal with momentum.

"previous high and previous low" can mean different thing to different people.

when I look at Big E posted charts, he usually zoomed out to the maximum he can on his screen.

on my H4 chart, "previous high / low" would mean the most recent significant high or low. Price Action traders refers to these as Previous Price Action PPA high and low. I look at previous Weeks Highs and Lows to see when there is range trading when market is sideways. On the Daily, you can see the swing high and swing low quite easily in hindsight.

Many traders in the old thread use the Fractals to see the high/low.
