MADdash (Moving Average Distance)

Thanx for this great indicator ,could anybody suggest best values to good trade i have some confused with 37,34,200 ma & which time frames to but at the dashboard, what is you look for take your decision?

It was mentioned earlier that my template didn't work, but you've confirmed it now. Thank you and my sincerest apologies. 
And just make the Foreground white, the names are there, clear chart is False And now can put text title on chart without it disappearing THANKS very much
