you must use two moving averages one set to High and the other set to Low

Today's GBPUSD was obviously oversold condition if you look at the TDI, but you relied on PAC and made profitable trades.
Then, when you are going to stop GBPUSD MEME sell trading? Currently it's oversold condition but still in PAC channel low side in H1, H4, D. Are you looking at Monthly candle for support and resistance? Thank you.

what is this master candle 3?
I looked online and saw 3 different definitions of a master candle and they all say a master candle must have at least 4 candles in it to be considered a master candle

i am not sure what WCC is .....

see the comments I made on that old post chart.

there are different Master Candles... that engulf the candle after it, the number of engulfed candles can be 3 , 4 and 5 .... more.

the MC[3] aer the most frequently occurring and we use them to identify ranging and consolidation market types when we trade TMS.

Remember, Post#647 . We avoid taking a TDI trade when the price is near or inside a CONSOLIDATION area.
Making use of WRBs and MCs is just one way to help traders to follow this #647 Rule.

The higher number of candles inside the MC[x] , the longer the duration of the consolidation and the breakout will be strong.

Never mind about the WCC for now. Learn to see the WRBs and MCs first.

Observeclosely each bar/candle sequence,

its always WRB, then becomes Mother Bar with Inside Bar, then Master Candle after 2 bars/candle later.

The RSI is an oscillator which works great in ranging market when price swing high and swing low, that what those overbought and over sold levels are.

But when the market is strong trending, the RSI can remain in the OB / OS regions for longer time until it go into ranaging condition again. To see the strong trend, just move one and two timeframe higher.

You will see the support and resistance in every timeframe. I start top down starting from MN, then W1, then D1. As I trade mostly longer term trades, I look more to the MN support/resistance levels.

when will I stop selling GBPUSD?

Answer: when it consolidates I take my profits, re-enter new sell and start to build positions again until the next consolidation. I will stop price reverses to where my 2 Bars_Look_Back High.

GBPUSD trades update May 02 TOK session.

Now floating +274pips with 6 open positions. And yesterday only move 184pips from its Day High to Low.
You got to learn how to take advantage when the market trends and make more pips. Keep the floating loss / DD as low as possible.

EJ hit 40% of its Average Weekly Range (52 weeks)

now we watch if it will move lower and target the next level 60% and where it will reverse.

This week, selling AUDJPY, EURJPY and GBPJPY... continues .

Look for sell set-ups on H1 when price pulls back to its 10EMA(H1) and find a trade with small SL.

same you can do it on M15, even smaller SL 15 to 20 pips.

Trading Made Simple aka TMS will always be the same 5-Method. If we remove the 5EMA, it will not be called the 5-METHOD..

I am a fan of "simple trading systems" and spent a lot of time reading this thread as I am sure it's profitable system, however, the quoting post in a different thread "Here" has stopped me to ask. Please allow me to ask you especially with a thread in 87,073 posts if the advance version of this method available or not?

Because if Stochastics and 5EMA removed, absolutely that will make a huge difference

I am waiting for your advice sir

Others:
wrong trading chart template.
1) did not use the TDI Red Green in Post#25

According to Big E Post#1, he only traded H1 during the first 3 hours of the NY session. At this hour, he would trade H4. But look at H4 chart above, price is in CONSOLIDATION seen using the Master Candle[3].

And if you look at your Daily and Weekly charts, the longer term trends are Down.
If you trade H4, your follow the Daily and Weekly trends.
If you trade H1, you can trade counter trend but make sure to look at Price Action and Support/Resistance and there is enough room for a good Risk:Reward trade.
But the higher probability trade should follow the H4 and Daily.

yesterday's Close and Low are the nearest support where price is now.

Have you check you calendar for news, data release, any geopolitical event,etc. that can help your selling Euro and buying USD?

I only hear about that from another member who skype with him.
The OP stopped posting after Oct 2011. He was very ill back then with serious heart problems.
I know he stopped using the 5EMA but left that on his charts posted here.
Hi entry candle is more aggressive than before. He no longer wait for the setup candle to close above/below the 5EMA.
If you look at your H4 charts, there are some candle which you can enter when the HA is active candle#1. But you must look at the real price bar and the price momentum to learn why he enter during HA#1.
