In theory it sure can be done....but in reality there are many many reasons why this can become close to impossible.

I want to see the math in the spreadsheet that is what matters to me the most.
Approximately 60 traders wanna flip $10. The method is not the hard part, It's always the discipline. The next thing i can't risk the entire account on one trade. Thats a no no for me, however the growth can come risking a lot less.

a good point.
it is only the very first trade one risks 10$ really. that may be meaningless, but when the choice is to risk 10k or 20k or 40k all in hope to squeeze the final winners for the 80k target, one will rapidly start to see things differently.

the very same reason why noobs always look for and get impressed with high risk 100s or 1000s of % gains, whereas very rarely will see meaningful size accounts taking similar risks.
a 1000% gain on 10$ account still will be 100$...whereas it is only 1% gain on a 10k account.
end of the day, the buying power is the same...thus in a strange way 1000%=1%, thought he later is to impress lot fewer.

for OP:
if one so sure to have good chance for 13 consecutive all or nothing trades to win, why not raise probability by starting with higher capital of 100$ or 1000$....or whatever number in between, effectively raising the probability of success by cutting down the number of needed consecutive wins from 13 to 6-10?
there is always, always another trade!!

Whatever you did to see the reds do the opposite and you will see the greens =succeed.

I have some images to show of the spreadsheet. I used to do the $10 Challenge for myself but i did not put all in one trade, i would make the 100% return at the end of each day just to be moderate, but this topic opened a can of worms OP once more, you are not the first and wont be the last. I would like to see your trading idea to accomplish this though. 50% chance?
Let's observe these images.
The last one is the one you referred to, personally i would make the targets be the end of day, week or whatever but not risking that 100% in one trade at all. Cheers

First you gotta figure out the win rate of whatever strategy that will yield the same risk all the time, systematically.
Then the rest will be history. I am waiting... All the best i will check back on this thread, you surely sparked some ideas once more.

Just to be honest i don't think anyone else will be this honest, risking 100% is just real crazy. If you want to be in the market past 1 trade, one should not risk this much, 50% chance is just too harsh and why the rush about 13 trades. In this case this is just pure gambling, the edge one needs starts from the plan you create, though a high success rate would be very fortunate if you have it, nevertheless the perfect setups at times still lose.
A smaller percentage will still yield growth with less stress. What are your plans...?

Except for if you are trading fast and most of your loss comes from spread... or even if it is not that fast and most comes from spread.

If you average turnover of full position comes on 30 minute to the hour, then maybe this is true. ELSE beware of this...

Putting the "100% per trade" to one side, why ANYONE thinks its too hard to win 1:1 ?? and consistently?? YOU as a trader struggle to get what you risk in a trade?

you just need a high quality entry that its PROVEN TRUE high probability entry (if it doesnt give you the same win rate every time it shows on the chart then ITS NOT a true a edge)

How to trade?? EASY:

1.- Wait for the entry to show

2.- Take it everytime

3.- Ignore EVERYTHING if isnt there..


Too hard?? do you have "discipline" problems, really? are you 5 years old or something?? come on man !! think about it..


BTW i trade EVERY month with a 100$ account and risk 40/50% per trade; at the end of the month i withdraw my earnings and start all over again.. no pressure, no feelings, no stress...

BUT i do agree 100% its a little excessive.. unless you just dont give a crap and like to trade championship style (up to you)

AND NOOO YOU CAN NOT COMPOUND 100% EVERYTIME INDEFINITELY, THE BROKER AFTER A POINT WILL LOWER YOUR LEVERAGE !!!

As for leverage??? i have never ever used it.
A broker will never give something that is good to a retail trader...

40% to 50% is even better. Anyways you are very skilled with your method and i know what you say is true and that has not changed at all, in any of your postings.
Your how to trade rules are quite good as well, pretty simple and gets the job done every time. The most important is to ignore everything else that is not apart of the entry rules. Good Stuff. Everyday one can learn, just have to make up your mind and filter out what is needed.
