Do you think they raised their salaries from $14.80 to $15.00? They also gave 'em a $1000 bonus.

This is just one of many examples. Many companies gave substantial raises (not 0.20/hour) and many gave raises and bonuses.

if someone is working 6 days a week for 12 hours a day 50 weeks of a year that's a pay rise of $720 for many people that's a family holiday for some family's that is a big deal i also find it impressive

This Syria thing is really heating up. That is what I am watching right now. I can't imagine us starting a war with Russia if we can't prove Assad used gas, but we might be that stupid.

BTW I don't know where you live (bio says UK) but $720 buys a family of 4 one crappy short holiday in the U.S.

Disagree. They voted for the tax cut/wall/trade deals etc. Bread and butter issues.

And while there might of been some that thought Syria and the other hotbeds were an issue the core voters for Trumpie are at the time big on building bombs and fighter jets and battleships. If you got em you got to use them sometimes, don't ya?

Oh and has anyone else noticed today UJ is the only major U.S. dollar pair that is up. And yesterday there was even a single one that was up on the day. As well as on Friday USDCAD was the only one up and Kiwi was unchanged. A new strong trend possibly?
