Great job however would be nice to see your actual trades on chart not for doubting you but providing context!

Hi. I've been testing Davit's system from beginning of this week (4 days only) , so far so good, also very excited.
made almost 15%, Max equity DD was 4% only.
I'll continue to test the system. Thank you Davit.

Hey there. Perhaps you got the context of my reply wrong. I very well know and support the rules of the thread. I have been trading this system for more than 18 months now. My only point is that lot many people are focusing on templates indis etc but many few focus on trade discussions. My suggestion to all new to the system is to keep the template simple as suggested by davit and practice more instead of reinventing the wheel. Cheers

First of all thank you Davit for teaching me how to trade using pivot and be patient. I had been following this thread for some time and has been a good learning on how to keep it simple and trade only when all the cards are right. Last 1 month and 1 week has been good and this week has been really good for me with good amount of green pips. This week I tried to stay away from GBP and other volatile pairs which helped. Below is my this week trade. I use mobile to place orders.

AU, i thought initial entry was good, not really close from a level but it came up from a previous support level; i added more troops thinking the news will push the price up but it did not; it only went up to tag WP;
I actually gave up on it and lost some troops in the process

GU, good entry from S38, target was hit; unfortunately, i was not able to add more troops as i was already heavy on AU and especially on NJ;

UC, good entry from S78, did not reach target but was able to get some;

NJ, i ended getting half of my troops back but will return next week to rescue those left behind;

All in all, i am really happy to find this thread;
With pivots, i found some clarity on what and how to trade;

+12% in just 2 weeks?? I don't think this is beginner's luck as some of you have been doing this for years;
What more if i stay focus for the next 3 months (per Davit's minimum study requirements)?
This really excites me...

Above trades are not so good but i did not feel any fear when it went to DD as i was using very small lot sizes;
I will continue reading to learn more (i'm still on sept 2016..is Arjun and 007 still here?);

So next week my focus will be: if price is approaching or had reached a level, i will check what is PA doing at the level, i will try the 4H TF..i will also check where is TDI heading, before entering a trade;
also, i should be done trading by Friday...

When I am looking at charts from technical perspective, I look for traces left by market participants. These are in form of geometric patterns, harmonics and Fibonacci numbers. It is clear that all is precise just is needed to be able to spot it or predict. It always urged me to understand why ( from harmonics perspective) and where the price might go as the result.

Here is EURUSD chart with some thoughts.

Price concluded 5EW cycle (black lines). It appears to me that very often 3rd line in EW cycle is 1/2 size of the previous 2 of AB=CD part. Then the price formed
"animal" in form M.

I do not tend to identify precisely what kind of harmonic pattern it is. Just call them animals, because of their names. (crab, butterfly, bat, shark, swan...) It just needs to feel like one. Anyhow they often morph into a different one.

During years I found that the first target of MM is 123.6% fib. Then back and after that may be 161.8%. Subsequently in multiples of these fibs.

Long fib extension (pink line) points exactly at pivot = 123.6% fib ; 161.8% fib = 1.2400
Short fib extension points (pink line) exactly at pivot = 323.6% fib

One can notice that "short" fib extension 161.8% fib is exactly at S38 pivot and RN 1.2300 is 61.8% "long" fib retracement.
Pivot S78 is "short" -11.9% fib extension and "long" -23.6% fib extension.

It is all so precise. Fascinating.

TP is set at Pivot level.

Your broker knows where your TP is.

I used to scalp with a fixed TP of 5 pips and the number of times it reversed at 4.9 or 4.8 pips cannot be just chance.

You would be better off to use an alert and close the trade manually or maybe a trade management EA.
