Being working on that for the last 6 months. Came up with an auto system. I just have to restart the bloody mt4 terminals. 1-2 times a week. It is hard to get monthly profit = max drawdown. At least for me. But I think I have managed to do it.
Having like 4 live cent accounts. Each 500k (5k real money).
Will run super low risk and low risk schemes. Picture below.
On the high risk and super high risk will run the same strategy, just adding a new setup every one or two months.
In case any of the high risks gets into a trouble, if the low risks do survive, it is not a tragedy to lose one or two of the high risks.
Will work on that for another 3 months before releasing it. The issue is new good stuff pop out almost every other week...
Just keep in mind, my systems are far, far away from being good ones. There are no multipliers whatsoever, and this turns them into survivors.
Plus, it is just plain money management. Some planning and some money management. Nothing fancy.
Patience. That is it. Will take 10-15 years. Usually. With that kind of shitty small business and far from good trading systems, 10-15 years is not a surprise. But if I can do it? Surely anyone else can, too. You just need a low IQ, as mine is 75, not to give it all up... low IQ protects you from losing faith in oneself, cause there is nothing you can realize that with. The office is empty. That is just great news! Just go on...

Okay, 3.2% this month, total of 11.1% so far this year. Not sure why my 'Max Return Drawdown' is showing 88% as I've never had any drawdown on this account over 30%. {image} {image}
If you only gained 10 pips on your first trade and lost 90 pips on your second then at that time your max drawdown was ~88% in relation to your returns. Simply because at that time you hadn't really closed any profitable positions and the gains may still have been floating. It might have lost only .01% of the account balance to start out and all your positions may have been positively balanced as equity but if the profits weren't banked first... Huge drawdown in relation to returns at the very start.
$1,000,000 + $5(run up) - $45(drawdown) = $999,960 with a 88% drawdown on returns even if you had a lot if unrealized profits as equity. It just means that for a brief moment in time your closed positions made you look like a moron.

At least this is how I determine my current drawdown, such is the moron that I am.

Very limited experience with equities over the last decade or so. I learned a lot about liquidity with OTC shares very quickly and it was a lesson I never forgot

Now, you trade basic lots. No special risks. Just the basic lots entries. If you do feel you need to hit it hard, risk no more than 5% of the currents month profits made already. If you lose these 5% and get down to 15%, you do know what to do to get them back...
More often than not, staying on the top is harder than climbing it...
