EUR/USD looks flanked by bids and offers at 1.2350 and 1.2400 respectively, with substantial option expiries near those range extremes likely to provide support and resistance.

Looking forward to a drop down to 1.22 handle until Friday, let's see.

price readying for us crude oil inventories ( lows are ++ ) at the top of the channel , so next coming bo for some above 1.2400 to 2500 or another crush ,have enough space for now for the day & still bull will be in control . any way just watching , do not trade any news or even see most times . back then the 3rd top was only 1.2034 but ultimate low afterwards was 1.1553 so a pretty good call by you. Curious as to your thoughts on coming lows if current potential triple top plays out with price reaching 1.25ish? I'd only be guessing we might see 1.20ish.

I am looking for 1.1840 if the current monthly top stays unharmed.

The USD weakened from the prior day’s losses in which firmer than expected CPI data and subsequent increased calls for more hikes from the Fed, failed to plug the greenback’s 2018 losses. This was credited to various factors including stagflation and deficit concerns, while some also suggested the data was not likely to result to a higher peak of the Federal Funds Rate in the current hiking cycle.

Now I would like to see a push upward toward 1.2530 where it seems to a be sweet spot to short with a low risk reward scenario.

Option expiries of note for today's 15:30 GMT cut
EUR/USD: 1.2400-05 (296M), 1.2450 (200M).

the EUR/USD chart has changed according to yesterday's news. The dollar rose to 1.2275 yesterday against EUR, but today EUR/USD is trading at 1.2480, reaching a high of 1.2510. This level is the upper limit of the channel, so I can predict a price decrease to the area of 1.2350 this week. If the level of 1.2510 is interrupted, we will see new peaks in the area of 1.2770.
