We could consider weak a low or an high when it is a perfect (or almost perfect) tag of a well visible and known reference. A strong low or high, is consequently, a low or an high that has left an excess above or below a particular well know reference, in the form of a selling or buying tale.

It was an old settings for the tpo tool, not a new version of it. It was only a .set file to put in the ....\MQL4\Presets folder.
