I suggest to note that yesterday we got US bank holiday and tonight we got China BH. So all what you see from 4049 to downside has been made by weak hands: carry forward this info.

39795 main GB level: as you remember it is 2018 01 30 GB inside week low: it is the weekly breakeven. Acceptation or rejection above is crucial.

For now we got a perfect tag (39795), that is suspect. In any case unless we got acceptation above it we still got odds to the downside. So monitor carefully the situation.

An other important clue: monitor for acceptation or rejection also back above yesterday GB low 39923. And yesterday GB close 40065

This is clearly a short covering. Weak hands are under punishment. The news only worked as a trigger.

But again, monitor for acceptation above 39795, 39923 and 40065: only with an acceptation above all these levels we could aim to something serious upside.

For current preUS and upcoming pit session the most important level will clearly be 4025 (pit weekly breakeven): acceptation or rejection above it, again, is fundamental in order to establish odds.
An other important level is yesterday pit unch at 3998
We still have weak hands sellers in place from yesterday, at least up to 4049.

Finally 40547, as anyone know, is the mid level of the current bracket from 25.01.2018 high to 09.02.2018 low.

40574 still main level upside.

Old GB gap downside just filled up to 40355: monitor for acceptation above it. New GB gap upside from Friday session high 40005 in place: monitor for its preservation in which case odds will be in favor for continuation upside.

Note that eventually, after some days, this weak level (4025) has been taken out by Tokyo and Gb sessions: it is still a weak level for pit participants that have not tested it yet. So continue to carry forward this info until next pit session open.

In the case of acceptation above 40547 next visible level for GB is 41343 (old GB poor high) and then major composite poc 4156.

Instead, in case of rejection above 40547 (and of acceptation back inside Friday GB session range, meaning below 40005), we could see a correction back to composite poc 3966. Including then a new test of GB weekly breakeven 39795

From now on I suggest to monitor for price in relation to Friday pit session high at 4005 because in case of a new pit gap upside from there at pit open odds will be in favor to continuation upside. Now, the bigger the gap the bigger the odds.
