Hi Sheeep44 , i notice forex alot price go to expectation without correction to 38.20 or just at 38.20 then cont it trend , how you counter that so that dont miss out alot of trade , and how you manage 2 pairs when trading the 1 min chart haha.

i am demo trading and backtest currently at 5min chart , it was super slow to wait for a trade

Hey buddy! I trade the 1M chart because I believe that a lot of traders look at that chart instead of tick charts, different than futures. Also when I trade 2 pairs I tend to get less bored whenever the market has a slower day. Just my personal preference so far.

Like you stated the 5m is way too slow for me, again, personally. Could fit you like a leather jacket, just really depends on the person everyone is different buddy. Find what works for you and kill the game and make some pips!

EDIT: poste some charts so I can have a look at what you are looking at, pretty hard to visualize and explain what I need to explain.

1,272 inversion
some extension a little above
good structure
great R:R
good rotation candle, bulls still seems to be pretty strong..

Update: GU reduced risk.

Short UJ.

As you can see, previous depth was real small and projection was great, So I wasn't expecting such a deep pullback. Entered after price hit the 50% with rotation candle.

EDIT: no room to go to BE, reduced risk.

The basis for my entry are on the chart below. I had a limit order to scale in at the next level of structure which did not trigger my PC did some updates and rebooted and did not fill. This was scary and the one thing I do not like about the NT platform. At any rate price wen t on to test the lows and came back up to my entry area. Short YM at 034. I saw price try to break through the .886 of larger swing down, entered after lower close rotation. I may have made a mistake.

I had my eye on the 1:1 as well, but it looked like the bulls were struggling there. Oh well. It's just about shot up to the .618 of that 1:1.
