How to use the 123 strategy effectively

Gold's taken a big hit over the last few days, perhaps a test of $1100 or possibly even $1000?

Sad to see that this thread died as it really is a nice and simple strategy. Very similar to trading the CD leg of an ABCD pattern, just getting in after the confirmation of the break of 2. I've been looking to go back to trading simply so I will be giving this a good run. I have 2 POs set currently. I will try reversals as well as continuations (a bit later).

GU triggered and stopped out. UJ broke 1, restarting count.

$ is very bearish. Going with the bigger 123 continuation pattern.

TP hit @ 161.8 Extension. +25 pips

Hi Paulus, I just find your 123 trading system. Can I ask? DO you still trade this way? Coud you clarifi for me please couple question?
1. Do you use ST at point 1 or 3?
2. Do you move ST while the price reach up Fibo levels --- Fibo200>ST to 100, Fibo 300> ST to 200 etc.?
3. Do you trade just EURUSD,USDCAD and GBPUSD?

Still in on this trade from this morning. I forgot to set my TP and wasn't near the computer when my TP target was reached. Hope to get back up there.

AUDUSD - currently at +13

**Update: out at +11, up against a resistance level though later I'm seeing that it's blown past that resistance level.

USDCHF short running.
