Can you also explain more about your text at another image : A person who uses barcharts to the best of their understanding given the data they work with ... I think the information given by a bar chart is similar to candle stick (having same OHLC information), but why do we choose bar chart instead of candle stick, and not just use line chart instead ??
And can you explain why there is a "A > B" there on another image ?

AMVT doesn't use daily profiles for trading it uses the "daily data" it produces for analysis as variables. There is not enough data info in the intraday TF(daily) to determine the condition of the market. It is not a large enough sample to determine its overall condition . AMVT as evidence shows has a 3 day rule.
AMVT is not "market profile". They both use MGD. MP "methodology" is not used in AMVT. The confusion comes from the price*time format. All market generated data has a price* time format
While they obviously "look" the same (MGD format) the methods differ. Same data format, different methodologies (concepts of value) 70% "value area" is a MP intraday concept not supported by empirical evidence. In AMVT value is defined by a bracketing market…..
Anyway the bracket (value) limits are defined as the price at which the tpo's change from 3 to 2 or less
So if the data (tpo's) are distributed (bracketed) between 3 to 2 tpo's or less and the close is inside the distribution The condition is "bracketing". When the data is not bracketing the market is trending (not bracketing). The fact that the market is bracketing implies value (area). You can't define value/bracketing in moving markets.
It sounds complicated, but it's simplistic in nature. it is a simple quantitative measure. By breaking the data into units you can measure by the frequency of prices used over time to determine value. Where prices are use most and least, etc.. It is a simple quantitative measure , the market is either trending or not. There is no ambiguity, No bias involved.
AMVT does not trade changes in "price", or uses "price" to look/seek direction, nor does it predict. Trades are based on changes in condition/value. When the condition changes from bracketing(value) to not bracketing (trend). there is absolutely "No bias" , no "ambiguity" , no predicting involved. (objective) using frequency of prices used over time. Mathematically, it is, or it is not.

I choose not to use either one. Using OHLC data is a "non permitted" practice in AMVT. They both are misrepresentative of price. AMVT there is no concept of TF's. If price was used in a 30m time period, the price is also used at the same price and at the same time in every other TF (candlestick interval). In AMVT there is no concept of "time frames". There is only a "price frame". Prices and how often those price are used over time. not "price at time" (candlesticks/bar charts)
