why this Short : the Underlying Trend = sum of the "Cycles = forces" whose duration is over 256 UT is strongly down ,.

Hence the Underlying Trend make the Uptrending Corrections "keeping their heads down"

Traduction : Uptrending corrections have a very strong probability to fail to reach their theoretical potential , here the Upper limit of the 'Envelope 256 Time Unit (brown)

graphically, visually I would say that these Uptrending corrections go no longer than between 2/3 and 3/4 of their theoretical potential

let's say in average 70 % plus or minus something

As I view this impulse move as part of a higher move (Wave C to 132X ish), this wave 1 of 5 could be ending at Daily R3.
I've taken a small short @ 13025 to retrace, where I will be adding more longs.

I somehow thought Dax would react negativ because of the threatening of new elections. I dont think we will see a big coalition with SPD. But new elections could very well be positiv for the liberal democrats... hmm...

and technically it looks like as if 12675 is more likely this week than resuming trend... maybe 13100/13120 is a good place to short

Why do you say that 12675 is more likely? I see a double bottom on the 4 hr with rejections of the move lower and divergence. Weekly looks like it finished a nice pullback to a key number of 12900.

yes, nice analysis are you long?

to me it looks like a rising wedge is forming on H4 below 60ema... daily and weekly still looks bearish to me

but its my third month trading Dax, dont take me too serious

Sold open NYSE at 13,045 cash for +10.

Reversed after M1 HL and B 13,037 cash. SL now +5

Edit: DAx very overbought having a range of 207 pts vs the 10 ADR of 143 pts. Also, it made a double top ~its 14:00 high of 13,061. However, Dow may push up another 10 pts to its BRN at 23,400 and pull Dax up with it. TWT

There was actually another long for +5 that I forgot to post (too fast to do). Anyway, could be done with DAX for the day.
Not gonna hold any overnight with the political instability going on.

Having said that, there could be a gap UP tomorrow morning - but since that's not something you can predict, I'd rather not risk it.

and it did and Dax followed.....banked half at the Friday H 13,082....holding half SL +10 OCO the BRN as TP

Edit +10 on SL.....NQ may have a LH....Dow still going up - slowly

longterm I see it somehow like this...
the continuation of the uptrend should start in January...
