We knew EU temporary bearish in bullish chart(see weekend with Bones) but why bounce?

Like it Scott. Woke up to these two this morning. Missing my limits by a fraction. I wanted that Euro run to. Doesn't annoy me as much as it use to.....

The EA was a great trade. Think you marked it spot on Scott. Was watching but didn't take it as already short EUR.

Nice place to take a look. Cable looks capped to 130ish at the moment, Euro further to go. Cable also run its daily range, or close to.

Monthly looks back to 112 - 110. I know short term but could this still be argued? We have in the ECB statement -

First, the key ECB interest rates were kept unchanged and we continue to expect them to remain at their present levels for an extended period of time, and well past the horizon of our net asset purchases.

If the net asset purchasing is running until at least September 2018 then that puts any IR movement until at least 2019. Don't think the long-term pattern will play out but the wave would be there. But and that's a big but if Fed keeps raising rates then that Spread is going to be significant.

No one is thinking that wave 5 pattern, that's why I like the idea.

Talking about EUR/USD.. Here is my Position and my Toughts on the Chart.
For me a Perfect Setup, Very high Probability Trade.
