there is always some kind of trend on one timeframe try going down a few notches to a 15m 5m 1m or a 10s chart your find a trend my friend

Everyone over the weekend was calling for a big Euro drop on Catalan. Now we have durable goods much better than expected, US treasury yields soaring, and a possible Taylor fed chief. So the Euro has to be down on all that, it just has to be, right? Well here we are up on the day and for the week. What more proof do you need that there is more to trading that what retail thinks the market should do based on “news”. Euro has gone up every time Mario has talked for the last several months. I wouldn’t hold a position before he talks, but the market is assuming up or at least flat. Hopefully he knows that the Euro goes up every time he says anything, so we will see if that affects what he says tomorrow.

Overall, and I'm probably wrong, I'm still long USD. (Despite the rumours of Petro-yuan.)

ECB tomorrow will be big. Lot of hype, and it sets the tone for the next or so. I'm a big bear for now, but the risk in enormous. Stay hedged or flat, this could get nasty.
