XAUUSD rally - will it continue?

Since the last bullish engulfing candle coincided with USDX pin bar reversal on Oct 6 NFP day, XAU rallied for 5 days.
Tested 1293.82 before finally breaking and closing across that MN historical swing level.
Next target in sight is 1308.50, a round number but do not chase after the market after last Friday big candle.
Know what "buy the dips" means, when to buy the dips in lower timeframes if you are a intraday trader.

Study your BPP charts details carefully. If you have drawn those MN price swing levels correctly, you will notice that on your D1 charts, the D1 candles very often closes as a big candle across those MN price swing levels. This is how to trade TMS MEME by following the market moves from level to level. Price levels are significant. Look at Line chart of your trading pairs, you will see the market trends much easier.

9mins to this current H4 candle closing,

look at TDI P-Slope and C-Slope, and see if there is any trade opportunity according to your trade plan.

without a trade plan, you wont be using this TMS Monitor.

Price Action and Support/Resistance, look at PPA previous price action, previous support tested and broken becomes resistance must be given more 'weight'.

Do you want to sell against the D1 by picking the top?

potential depth of current correction to region between 0.7870 to 0.7845,

in that region I probably look for buy.

correction , I mean last Friday' big H4 and H1 candles.

Thank you, and presumably if trading on the daily timeframe, the daily range gives you an idea how much it can move in the day whilst the weekly one gives you an idea of how long the trend can go on for that week (for take profit)? Or do you also use it for stoplosses somehow?

if your are a H4 Swing trader, you can consider to use the weekly ATR-52 weeks for target profit setting.

ATR(52) is 142 pips

TP1 is 40% of ATR52
TP2 is 60% of ATR52
TP3 is 100% of ATR52

you need to identify the swing low for this week and the TMS H4 setup for buy.
Looking at current H4 PA, it can be a TDI bounce setup or TDI Green with steep slope 12-2 clock face angle.

Do you do Big Picture Planning for all 19 pairs? You can also hide the line chart on the lower timeframes by getting the right line chart indicator. Otherwise you will have to manually go in turn line chart on with a colour during the Big Picture Planning then turn it off once done.

Basicly yes.. I allow the tool to reopen new trades after hitting TP until my final Tp is reached or empty space isn t given anymore.

Hi Virgoir

I know this might be a little off topic, but do you ( or anybody ) know how to install a moving average on top of the momentum indicator... which would be inside the indicator window.... ?

I know that "first indicators data" has to be selected in the MA inputs, and to get that option the indicator has to be selected from the Nav Panel, not the standard toolbars. But I can't seem to do that now.....

I'm not as good as Emmanuel by a long shot but I'm my option if it was a buy then no as the green bar hasn't crossed or touched the 50. If it is a sell which I'm judging by the red arrow, but that could mean the bar you pointing to then no as well as the lines are also in the opposite direction. Also look at your support and resistance. The old support is now your resistance. Emmanuel posted something about this a couple of post back. Please see attached picture to see what I'm suggesting. Like I said I'm not as good as Emmanuel so maybe he can give you better advice.

What did the h4 tdi and price action look like when you took your entry on h1, that should tell you what went wrong.

Alger,

Click on ma and drag it into indicator window. Apply it to the data you wish.

I did that too. and it doesn't give the option of "first indicators data", but now I Made the indicator window bigger and dragged it to the bottom of that indicator window and it worked ! Thanks !!!
