I closed my short before it reached target. As I've said before, I find USDJPY to be a miserable pair to trade and not as predictable as EURUSD.

Nicholishen, you deleted your last post that bring some good point on USD, YEN and EURO. I have the same view as what you wrote. I Working with UJ nowadays within 4 hour period with a kind of scalp style. When it is close to the end of 4 hour period, just liquidate the position I got regardless how many pips I got.

Agreed we have tons of illegals here but will the CA fires impact employment figures im coming weeks.I live in bay area and there is loads of wineries being razed to group.

USDJPY and NZDJPY are both going to be choppy today.

I must admit I'm perplexed we didn't see any large move today with FOMC minutes and the usual Fed talking head in the form of Williams talking up $ through "more rates hikes". Still leaning short biased but still sitting on my hands. Hard to believe we will move short though with majority retail traders short. FF has 65% short vs 35% long... quite an imbalance.

Perhaps one more dip below 112, followed by a spike above 113.5 to clear stops before a real move down? Just guessing scenarios at this point. One way or the other when this consolidation breaks convincingly we should see a multi-day, multi-hundred pip move from all the accumulated stops from the last two weeks either above or below.

Waiting patiently.

Yesterday saw some volatility but eventually no real movement...again.

Above 112.20 should represent bullish bias..but somehow I'm not buying it. Took a short, let see how it pans out. Looks like it could fall off for a short scalp.

I had this short at 112.343 for freakin 10 hours ago.

I tried to get out at breakeven with swap costs, ready to click that button...

price never got to breakeven, why? because I have entered a sell there...

Can't even give me a full pip... ridiculous.

and still here... trying to get out with a pip cause I need to get to bed. lol, geeze.
