UJ is not in a uptrend or gold down

DXY is still above 50 DMA and has room to run before reaching 200 DMA around 97.5 so you very well could be correct.

Edit to add. Should be large volume of stops above 112.77 with next resistance being 112.84. If we move through those levels next points of interest are 113.029 and 113.179.

To the downside, if 112.20 is taken out I'd expect that to be the beginning of larger bearish move. Time shall tell and we shall see.
