EA build Help

Good morning/Afternoon where ever you may be.

Im looking for a EA that has the following.

Be able to activiate my BUY STOP/ SELL STOP pending orders at a certain time dictated by my self. ( so the buy stop sell stop shows on the chart but does not become active until the time we imput)
Pending orders cancel if not activated by the certain amount of time inputed by ourself in minutes so say for after 15 minutes no orders where taken we would be automaticly canceled as we imput the vale 15
Have the option to for a trailing stop loss
One order cancel's the other.
Have the option too scale out of my trade.
Have the option for a specific Stop loss.
Have two clickable buttons on my chart (BuyStop SellStop) once these are clicked horizontal levels show and i can drag my orders to where i want them and set either a specific time for them to be active.

If anyone has anything that could help me or could code this EA id be greatful.

I am sure you have these settings found in a line break e.a. but without mentioning this, you will not have any movement on the tread.
The only way is through lines, if you place the lines where you want them to be activated but, there is no way a pending order can be enabled on the chart and not be active at the same time.

The next thing is whether you mean hidden orders or just identifying the zone for the pending order. Just a few thoughts written down here Neil...

Have the option to for a trailing stop loss-Good, what about breakeven plus pips? This will guarantee some pips.
One order cancel's the other. This sounds like a breakout-What timeframe would you be trading this on, as you gave 15 minutes as an example for pending order expiry or is it for News releases.
Have the option too scale out of my trade. Then you have to be willing to have trades sizes of doubles but not odd numbers, scaling out can be tricky, why not have multiple orders and different tp's
Have the option for a specific Stop loss.- Stoploss input, will this be universal factor for all assets, each asset has a different ADR, Different Volatility and characteristics and some are affected by everything that drops like a pin. Why not chose sToploss by a multiple of ATR and be able to use a specific ATR Timeframe.
