Hiya
I'm quite a novice, actually this is my first post here. I did some learning in the past about forex and now refreshing my knowledge with real trade account.
The most what I train now is to get self discipline. Was just shorting with small amount but with high risk leverage 1:300 @1.1736. Main indicators for my decision were these: Unemployment Claims (better than expected) and Trade Balance (better than expected).
Played for about 15 minutes and had an exit @1.17265. Profit of about 22,7%, quite happy for the weekend. But I learned one thing that I will not get decieved with a tempting 1:300 leverage and I will put that back to normal size of 1:50 and breath more easy .
Hope you have also a good trade today and tomorrow. I hope we will enjoy one more ride like that.

Nice experience ! I like it ! trade with higher risks with very success rates & ultimately go amok with all over confident that to forget all odds in built , so very perfect indicator signals /news spikes or a EW perfect/price actions all times to eventually stop using the safety belts or leverages & sl & even follow trades timely to see one black Friday all lost or huge drawback but still waited back in the favor !! done over & out ! even all correct & ultimately moved as per analysis but still the bad happen. That is a profound realisation. This is the first rule of WS. You have to be in the business for 20+ years to fully understand it, internalise it completely, but even then it slips sometimes.
