Seriously now ... ask your lucky neuron it's opinion, how much you can resist and if it is feasible to stay in. I didn't paid attention on your exposure volume and number of trades ... in case of a bad setup you can loose it all in cascade compare to a smart loosing a big chunk. Also, a 69% is not bad, for simplicity I use to see the MC as a SL ... when will start to be red the funny part will start. I know is hard to accept the loss, is harder if you close all and things would have worked out ...

If you plan to close some trades, you can announce it before and if it feels better, I can take the other side ... at least you will know where is your money.

Oh thank god it's over. I can finally trade again. That was both excruciatingly painful, horrendously lucky, and certainly not worth it. Lessons were learned.

But I did manage to get out of it with a small profit at 1.17728.

I am now hedging you on usdjpy, sell @ 112.86 ... I won't buy it now.
Fine, I sold eurgbp @ 0.8873, you can buy it (=close sell) if it feels better.

My lev on usdjpy is 10:1 and on eurgbp is 12:1

What are some trades that look likely for the upcoming session? I'm thinking a short to 1.1740.

sold @ 1.1748 because I don't want to wait for a possible 1.1770 where it will have to decide up or down.

to 1174 ?? that's only 3 pips ... hardly a trade ... target for short would be 1172 at least just my thinking

now @ 1.1743 is in the ~ middle of the channel 1.1814 / 1.1688 ... I go for 1.168x next to 1.1740 and after down. I stand for it the next few hours.

Seem like the vigorous push up has ended. Looks to be a volatile range between 1737 and 1773. I'm biased short, hope I have a good place to short from to about 1740.

Short at 1.173 slightly early than i would usually choose but the set up looks good.

I think my trading strategy is longer term than most on the forum (I don't day trade), but I'm licking my lips for if/when this pair breaks 1.1662.

I'm not looking to enter a trade until either (a) the price makes a strong break to the upside of 1.1910 - at which point I'll go long, or (b) a break sub 1.1662 - at which point I'll go short.

Until them, I'm happy on the sidelines, waiting for the price to come to me.

That's why there is so little volatility ... c'mon, put some trades to make this pair move. In a long term your're safe as it will pass this levels several times, ... in the next years.

Have you tried other pairs or just prefer EURUSD?
