Many of the world's problems are linked to China. When Trump made Pakistan own the Taliban, China was there saying that was not appropriate. The BRICS are no longer unified as India is aligning with the US. The Afghan situation has Afghanistan and India aligning. Russia sides with China on many issues based on history. Russia still wants to be a super power so they try to thwart the US. Can not be a super power without a strong/diverse economy and Russia has never had that. All China really has is cheap manufacturing. They attempt to be a player in the financial area. Can't do that by bullying yourself into it. China is very weak financially and that is why they caved so fast. Trump gave them a heads up that this EO was coming so they could save face.

The use of economic leverage as a conduit to foreign policy has never been done to this extent. Combine that with making regional nations take control/responsibility for the issues in their respective regions, ie the GCC in dealing with the radical moslems in the middle east. I see an Israeli/Palistinian peace accord on the near horizon.

The one thing most do not comprehend/ refuse to comprehend about the Norks is that they are 100% controlled by China. It is especially apparent on FF with so many who dislike US success and are enamored by the China faux greatness. They can not get their pea brains around the fact that most issues in the world are not isolated one off situations. They are the results of the few major players.

maybe i'm being naive but with less conflict hopefully people will stop reporting each other and your be less likely to get your membership revoked when disagreeing with someone

In our lifetimes the social feeling has swung from unmarried motherhood being socially unacceptable, and the kids treated abysmally, to now being the norm.
There is nothing to say that public opinion will not swing back again causing grief to kids (or adults) whose parents were not married.

This is precisely the thing that men here in the USA fear. The altar is for the young, or the mentally challenged. It happens here enough that even young men are starting to say no marriage. With the current structure in place, it will be very, very hard for the West. Other groups will simply have children and turn them over to the state. The state itself is unconcerned about culture, it needs bodies, and does not care where they come from. The state favors women because if they provide the valuable product of children. Future tax payers, future soldiers, future laborers, future convicts. The state does not care if the tax payers leave, they will just print money. California and Illinois here in the USA have been technically bankrupt for years. Human product is valuable to the elites and profits will be made regardless of culture. In fact, the lower the ambition of the product, the easier it will be to control. Remember that 500 people own 60% of the world's wealth.
