Doubtful BoJ will announce anything to interfere with the bullish momentum the USD has finally achieved. Wouldn't be surprising in the least to see a print of 114.3XX by tomorrow. Probabilities dictate such. But alas only the BoJ knows which direction it will send the market. However probabilities and policy seem to suggest a further bullish boost will be in the cards...

USDJPY already up against the 2017 downtrend line. Also at key weekly resistance level. Break it and it goes kaboom. Fundamentals say that USDJPY should be bullish though

I am LONG short-term USD/JPY.
The upcoming BOJ statement may push this pair up further and consume the huge cluster of stop-losses around and above 114.40.
So for me, it's a BUY USD/JPY @ 112.47 with a target of 114.40.
It's a big game.

I am looking at 5' chart....... the area 112.80 -90 looks like it can terminate this upmove... It might be a mind trap...

111:80-90 is actually a good resistance point but I think with little news from the calendar today and tomorrow on USD and JPY, 113 will be reached

My view is an open door to the 115 level. Can`t tell where exactly upmove will end. No weakness so far on my screen.
Avoid "it will be there" phrases about price extremums. The only applicable phrase "it was there". Another ways is probably wrong.

USD/JPY hesitates a little bit. I am not sure what exactly is the reason, but it should continue upward pretty soon IMO.
