On the 1 day charts :

GBPJPY / EURJPY

are finishing breaks through (according to my charts they still have some strengh)

AUDJPY may also break but probably only if the current range on the USDJPY break above 113.x and 114.x

= We have more fuel for long on USDJPY, my limit is 112,425 (middle of two fibo levels and 60 pips away from a possible chart resistance).

IN @110.80
Limit @112.425 (will be updated tomorrow before NY opening)
SL @110.25 (will be updated tomorrow before NY opening)

I'm more worried about macro that the charts...

Do you really think it can go down?
It looks to me that everyone is keen buying this pair and the reason is truly the sentiment driven by FOMC meetings.

I think FOMC meeting positive sentiment is already factored in.Plus the economic outlook they provide might not be that great.


NK is another factor which might pull it down.I have been following that and chatter is they are getting close to having missiles launched from submarines(SLBMs)
That means they can park themselves off coast of california without being detected and target mainland USA.That is a extremely big threat and mad dog Mattis wont let that happen.

Technically the pair is at a minor resistance, going by the daily tf. But the major resistance is still farther up, around the 113.910 area. However, fundamentals can be decisive as to whether we get that far this week. Nevertheless, a daily close above the 112.190 area is likely to expose the 113.910 area as a target for bulls.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

Interesting analysis. And yes that's a really serious threat. Let's see what happens.

As as for the sentiment being factored in, I am afraid the US dollar might get pushed up for a long time in case FED gets hawkish.

110.65 seems to be a right popular level ,,,,,,wouldn't be suprised to see a poke back to there at some point before the feds ,,,,,,,,,,especially since it is up against quarterly pivot atm ,,,,,,next topside tgt for me would be quarterly open ,they may both get tagged with all the excitement building up to fed day lol,,,,,,,,,,,, a couple little shorts now (111.58) with a poke to 110.65 as the tgt ,,,,,,, will see wht it looks like after todays rollover if they survive, cheers .

Raising SL continually on longs... NOW at 119.56 veery close.....

It almost reached 61.8 fib retracement. Possible reverse to 109.57 or 109.09.
Even worse scenario is extension down to 106.50 or 105.9

I don't believe that, but you never know. The fib shows exactly that. Let's see
