One would think usd benefits. I mean it's bad for both currencies if it escalates and draws the US into it, but jpy is the country with nuke test flights running over the top of them.

Thats the thing I'm not getting either. With a missile flying above Japan, I don't see why funds should flow to Yen. Safe havens like gold, yes. But Yen? The country might disappear, does that make Yen more rare hence strengthening it lol.

I actually have a short done at 110.19 for USD/JPY, wondering if I should cash out now. Pity I didn't cash out at the bottom of the missile scare.

Any advice?
