on the monthly does the latest move up resembles the latest move down?

If we project the same move we are looking at 1.38-1.40...and if that is the case how best can we profit from it?......... and can we protect ourselves if that is not the case?

Market is Going up with weak bulls.
If bulls remain weak and market keeps going up, there are Good opp for Shorts on each higher high untill 1.22.
watching for low volume upbars. just like last 3 upbars.

I caught the trading bug and was playing with money I could afford to lose ,,,,,,,just bugged the hell out of my x ,,,,,,to her it was money she should ve had,,,,,,,she had more than plenty, long story short she decided after 20 years to leave and live it up,,,,,,,,she was getting what she was accustomed too,,,(our wonderful court systems here where the guy is always wrong no matter what),,,,,,used our kids for pawns all the classic moves some spouses take if you dont see things eye to eye,,,,,, thru a lot of hate and discontent I kept trading,,,, I haven't got my trades down to that 7.4 % margin of error yet but did get it down to where my kids college funds were growing decent,,,,,,,,,,, it didnt go unnoticed I guess she thought that was hers too,,,,,,,,, by then I had debunked all the good lies she had used to keep dragging sheet out in court ,,period of 3 1/2 years ,,,,,,,,2 days before our final custody hearing sadly she took her own life,so your last line there,,, sadly there is a small percentage that will stab you the deepest too,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Anyway,, your right , its not an easy journey to get to where you break even,,,,, even harder to be profitable,,,,,,,,,very hard to reach a pinnacle of success or some form of success with out some failures ,,,,,, whether you succeed or fail ,,,,,, its the journey that makes the character,,,,,,wishing you continued success ,,cheers

Right up to there, I was getting ready to post a nasty little reply saying what a bad person your ex-wife was. But then I get to this part:

Oh my God, dude... your whole situation was just tough all the way around. Sorry to hear about all that... but good to see you hanging in there.

Thanx,,,, Ive made my peace with it ,,,,, very hard on the kids tho,,,,,,been a while now, they have come a long ways ,,,,,,,,,, you always wonder ,,,,,what if ,,,,,,, I had done things a little differently then maybe this or that but I guess thats life hindsight 20/20 ,,,,,,everyone is dealing with something , Ill always say swing for the fence or never give up when it comes to trading, just my nature ,,,,,will say during that time period I spent a lot of time reading the posts on FF ,,,,,,,, reading chaotic posts in a chaotic environment to stay sane at times ,,,,actually learned quite a bit about trading kinda ironic in a way

Thanx again man ,,,,,,Im sure with all the members on FF there is experiences many times worse than mine ,,,,,its just life ,,,,,,Life like trading is all just one big cycle ,,,,there is ups and downs ,,,,some big ups and some big downs , You can never really take anything for granted in this world,,,,,,,,a few kind gestures here and there does make it a much better place tho , same back to you and yours

Most of us are in pain for one reason or another.....that is why it is most advisable to develop compassion for others and ourselves.....

pain in most cases is avoided with trading, gambling, sex, drugs or what ever.....I know acceptance is not easy.....

but accepting it without avoiding it is a great transformations tool at a personal and spiritual level....

Will pain dissolve by accepting it? Sometime it will but that is not the main goal otherwise we got back in the non-accepting mode and vicious circles.....The main goal is to accept whatever life is offering us after we do our best....

Trading is bit the same when we do not accept our losses.......when we are not capable to accept our loss we push ourselves much deeper into the hole.....

Hi Dig well what can one say ???? Life is shit at times and we all have loss as that song goes ..... sooner or later the things in life we love we lose ... horrible lines but true . But strength lay in the man , or woman.. if you have kids that's even harder . Exeptance is hard but only when one can achieve this is when one can move on . So we keep on with life and life will let one find love again even in a different way as into love life and make the most of every day . We can walk in nature and even smell nature as in a walk in woodlands and smell the life that that woodland holds . It's all free and we can be greedy in that with out being judged as greedy because it was and is given to us in that form of love xxxxxxxx regards Billy

If we look at pain and pleasure, these are not real. It's because we have given certain meaning to certain states. Attachment, possession, competition are other diseases which cause suffering.

Patience and acceptance are keys in everything.
When you start accepting, the natural result is your ego disappears, and when ego disappears then there are chances that you can see what is real, true and factual, but if you do it only to see the real, true and factual. then chances are that you won't be able to see that. because now you have created a desire which is the product of ego. Very funny, interesting and comforting

Same is in trading, when we are biased bullish or bearish we miss opps and can't see truth cause of bias.
If we remain unbiased and act without involving our egoistic/biased mind, only based on pre defined system, without a desire to be right, and accepting the both outcomes before jumping in, chances of success are higher. I am not there yet, but improving.
