When you asked, it help many others who chose to remain silent and in read only mode.

There is euro minimum rate announcement in about one hour. Right now EU starts to move a little more.
Looks to me it is bullish later but the volatility will get all the small stop loss.

EU still looking Bullish on the 15 Min Chart but to early to push the button just yet. There is around 200 pip space above this level to a Monthly Resistance level so a short Buy trade may work out. Looking to take this trade soon as per my Top Down Analyse Plan.

Hi Emm,

is this possible to do with a US based account (only oanda or forex .com) because I have no other option (US citizen) Rules here are FIFO first trade in first trade out. Does this affect the lotto management in case the the movement goes wrong? I can see in your graphic you choose which trade you want to close but in my case I do not have that option. Thanks in advance.

Now I just move on to MT5 recently and wonder if you have any suggestions on where i can find the same style of indicator like late Great E had on MT4. I did able to fetch a tdi indicator that worked out just fine on mt5 , but was not being lucky on track the synergy candle.

Longed USDJPY & EURJPY yesterday for a nice 80 pip profit in total..
Messed up on my entry rules due to greed and entered a trade that I shouldn't of entered.. -30 pips eurjpy
and closed USDCHF out too early today to get only 4 pips.. Still a lot to learn but we are getting there!

EURUSD today made a nice move, allready EU is now at my goal so I decided to stop trading today at EURUSD on Lotto partial account and take profit.

Hi,

No exit strategy issues with FIFO. I have also a US based account for development testing and that work with no issues. few traders in my group live in the US and they can only trade with US based brokers with those restrictions and no problems, they simplu comply with FIFO trade closing.

In the longer term, I think traders in other countries will have to live with all those US imposed restriction like 1:50 leverage, FiFO, no hedging, etc. Leverage will lower further to 1:25 as some brokers already have.

the direction was clear on the higher timeframe but the volatility in lower timeframe will take out many small stops.

we must learn to stay away from those news/event driven volatility and use smart stop loss.

looking at the price action, usually using two bars/candle look-back work most of the time. Either use 2 weeks back or 2 days back for SL will work out most of the time in major news /events like NFP, GDP, etc.

that post explains how to check the PAC for "trend" direction.

you need to know the other 2 conditions

1) the HA candle close above or below the PAC

2) the PAC "trend"

3) the TDI Moderate mode
- Green above Red, above Yellow and 50-level for BUY
- Green below Red, below Yellow and 50-level for SELL

Above these 3 mechanical conditions, the most important is Price Action and Support/Resistance.
DO NOT trade when price in in or near a consolidation zone.
DO NOT trade against the higher timeframe "trend".

How are you defining a re-entry on your initial trade condition? How are you defining your different exits? Or is it more ME/OE?
