Also while the weekly closed below the middle band the daily was able to close below the lower band. I decided to go to monthly and see what it's doing. There had been a strong setup long time ago on the monthly. January and February, 2016 had formed strong short trade setup. As you may have already known, it takes longer time for longer TF setups to finally work.

When fundamentals and candlestick invalidate/makes setup we have to respect the market. That's what I continue to learn from the Forex market. The current is the USDCAD long above support,1.24400 using 4hr and stochastic

If I were to set and eye target, I go to longer time frame, weekly, around 1.06- 1.04 level.

The zone was a very strong support for good three years from 2010 to 2013. And when it was broken in 2013 it retested it in 2014. It means a lot of patience. In spite of that I keep my eyes open on the reversal setup even before the tp is reached

When we're over focused on our bias it can be costly. I was checking while I was ambushed. I decided to bring out Mr Fibonacci. Only to found that there was a strong bearish engulfing right below 23.6%, the red mark

Going short on USDJPY is "not"good for me because of negative swap. The breakout can't even be reliable, just my take. Stochastic that helps me to filter breakout is not on oversold region

This level, 0.78331 had failed be broken on the weekly since March, 2015

It can be great waiting for the candlesticks/patterns I listed in this thread around/below resistance and around/above strong support for short and long trade respectively. I believe the current CADCHF will test the candlestick pattern once again. If it's broken after my entry I am wrong and market is right.

very tricky situation. the news from zerohedge stated that market sentiment about dollar was worrying traders .because trump wants the debt ceiling removed.
if the congressman mange to remove the debt ceilingthe dollar is dead jpy is going to strengthen like no mans business.
