This has been a pretty common and reliable pattern over the last several years. Maybe it'll pan out this time as well, but usually it precedes a sharp break to the downside.

break happened already, 3rd buy today, if this falls back inside the triangle we are possibly be headed south finally up until lowest ascending TL, below lowest TL it triggers trend reversal

I see a gap as merely a candle (hollow candle?). Sometimes it hits a strong SR area and rebound. But sometimes the SR area is quite weak, so the price move forward until it find a stronger. Nothing special about gap.

I think a test of 1915 - 1925 will decide its direction. But we still have 20-25 pips left for day range and volumes are very good.
