Does anyone have an opinion on which Day the Monthly Basket should be open ? as i heard people say 1st Day, Others say first Monday of the month and ive also Heard other people say Leave it untll the 5th Day of the Month, Any opinions Guys And Girls ?

As tomorrow is the 1st of the new month, but being a Friday and also with NFP, I wouldn't open my monthly tomorrow, I'd wait for Monday instead, but that's me.

This is a long weekend in the US, it is Labor Day Weekend which extends into Monday. People actually go to work on Sep. 5. I am not sure how that will affect your monthly opening baskets.

Not sure who said something about monthly basket unlikely to turn around on the last day of the month. Mine crawled its way out of a 5000 pip hole today lol. Still got a lot of work to do with my monthly and weekly basket but this was quite surprising.

Folks: Friday is around the corner. that is when I will be able to tackle these issues

I am thinking that I may have to split up the EA into two a couple of parts. Each part would be dedicated to that features many of you are trying to use.
It won't be until I can see for myself with the templates and settings u guys use what is happening. Cause so far on my end I have not seen any of the issues you guys are going thru. I have loaded 30 basket at a time. I have reloaded the EA many times during open baskets. I have used the virtual basket on those 30 baskets and have unloaded completed the EA and reloaded it. all along no affects or problems as you guys see on your displays. Trades open at the correct moments, profit lock works. ETc etc. So I may just need to get into someone desktop and actually work with it from there. This is how we resolved the suffix issues in the beginning,,, so I am inclined to think that we may have to do that.

xmess7 I've noticed that when I reset the global variables the VB info doesn't reset it stays the same, and doesn't reset to 0.

So my monthly FXM basket has come to an end and sadly it did not come back. It made pretty good progress today and bounced back from around -6000 pips. Max DD was around -13000 and came as close at -1500. It was an interesting experiment and I've made some new adjustments which hopefully will do better next month.

I am personally gonna run my monthly basket, on Monday with it opening on London open with a vb at - minus 2500 lower trigger and +15 higher trigger, if it triggers at - 2500, well the way i see it i am +2500 up from opening normally, should help with the DD was originally going for -4500 but not sure that a good idea, just an idea i had , good idea or bad ????

I'm definitely not opening monthly tomorrow, but I was thinking to wait until Tuesday due to labor day. I don't think there will be much movement on Monday so you might be safe.

Thanks Embry, but what do you think about the virtual basket idea ? think about when your -4500 on a monthly basket wouldnt it be nice if you had just opened it? well if you put a -2500 or -4500 in VB or what ever, this is in effect what your doing and when the basket turns around ( if it does lol ) when everyone else is at brake even your +2500 or + 4500 or whatever ?

This is my broker (svsfx) 2017 September monthly ccfp signal ( TF/FF/FT , Level 2/5/7/10)
Maybe different broker have different result,
Demo account will still open on today (2017/9/1) for reference...

what was your august yield pip gain/loss? i used your template and it resulted in net loss ... -2922 pips to be exact for August...

I remember the August monthly ccfp DD too large , so I close the live account .
for demo account ,I think the result the same with other people.

I also have open different demo account to test monthly ccfp for reference.
one open trade on 8/1 -> 8/30 , unfortunately my windows 10 update and reboot the pc, lost the record.
another oepn trade on 8/10 -> 8/30 gain +1xxx pips

OK folks, good news. I am close to finding out what the is causing the weird PIP count on the vBaskets.
I am able to fix it by making some adjustments to the inputs... Now I just need to know which inputs are causing the WEIRD pip count.

I am using the nesta's settings-EA-Cr7-Finalv.4.2-none-trigger set file. (Uses several FXM baskets)

When I set the EA myself to test the virtual basket I have no issues. EVERYThing works perfectly but when I use nesta's set file
I get those weird numbers... So it has to do with some inputs.

So now that this is known. The solution is very close. Stay tuned.
