It's strange to observe this obsession within FF with EAs like a strategy is only worth of interest if it is EA-able probably to make sure not to waste any trade opportunity. Any strategy implies from my experience some additional... experience precisely on top of the strategy's initial rules so if you hope to replicate big players robots inseminated with military type of artificial intelligence good luck.
