I hate to be that guy but this result here can be very deceitful to the new traders looking for system. First, the EA is tested on USDJPY in 2017 which had a lot of trending moments so virtually any trending strategy would be profitable in that period. Try same thing in 2016, 2015 and you will get quite different result, not even to mention different pairs.
