Indeed, I'm in Australia (Sydney) so my 4h are a bit funny. This has always been a concern for me.

There is quite sporadic price action happening now, I think I still prefer shorts at rallies on 1/5m time frames at the moment, but in terms of longer timeframes I think we'll have to wait a bit to see how this resolves.

what i think is, even if they dont raise the rate until dec or later, the balance sheet has an even bigger effect on the usd, yes bigger than a rate hike..and if no war or trump stuff happens anytime soon usd is getting back up like a bullet. 1 more thing, im not sure if Yellen will be reassigned once the cycle is done in Feb, which is even the more reason why would she want to leave a positive mark, on the longer term maybe the dollar will crack but until then im staying bullish usd. thats my own opinion tho do your own research

I do see a way for price to move back up. Lots of unfinished business. But yes price is sporadic so its a guessing game as to when.

hello usdjpy bears. i think you are in deep trouble.usdjpy looks like it has found support on the 50% fib retracement on that huge rally since 19.06.2016! Even if you donot believe in Fibonacci levels (why?) this chart should cut your bearish stance on usdjpy by 90%.Support is shown by the three red crude lines

I don't look at price returning to the same area over and over again .... as a good thing. At some point support or resistance, whichever is the case, will not be there.

If usdjpy ends bearish today, we'll be at some extreme long sentiment for jpy, so i'll think about buying usdjpy after strong buyers come in

looks like the weekly is crossing under the open after bouncing strongly earlier in the week, so that usually provides a decent push

could easily hit 108.50
Be hopeful in a winning position, and fearful in a losing position.
