USD cad going up w chart engoulfing strong resistance last week good news soon more good news for usd plus oil going down let's make Trump grait again

Taking partial profit here. Will switch over to a hourly chart and see if this can turn into a runner. Important, for this plan, that the hourly at least closes above purple here.

shes holding above 1.2700 rally should COMe soon towards 1.28 area.

Perfect mirroring of prices like you rarely see. It's gone to exactly the same point in 10 days as it came from 10 days before the news pushed it down past 1.25. It's having problems pushing past the 23.6 Fib line, so I'm waiting for new lows for a short.

USD/CAD rose significantly after the enormous decline this year. Expecting the upside to continue.

It's been making regular looking swings long, but I'm interested as to whether it will be able to get past that news event that happens to be the movement from the 23.6 fib and 38.2 fib. My hunch is that it will break the trendline down, but I'm holding off for until it does.

The pair seems lost its bullish momentum, resistance level can be found at 1.27, on the downside, supports are around 1.2640/50 zone.

Short opportunity ahead (still untriggered)

Usd/Cad is respecting Dlevels quite nicely last few weeks.

As we mentoned; Stop grabber sell played out and market pushed back from monthly Cop. We have another F5 resistance beneath the low at 1.2175.



Market has formed nice thrust at weekly , If it can push higher in 2-3 weeks time to primary F3 we can get B&B sell.



Looking at daily, DRPO buy has played out and market reached first confluence resistance zone and pulled back. We do have nice confluence+ agrement zone higher for B&B setup.



Because of market respecting d levels we can go lower and try to buy 4hr confluence but we need to be carefull because we are against monthly sell and weekly thrust and daily up trend can faded by higher timeframe traders around these levels. So if the support zone on 4hr doesnt hold and breaks easily we need to look for a way out fast.

The rising extension for usdcad is 1.288x-1.292x...else its downside

I'll long some dips until 1.288x-1.29, for now flat

Didn't triggered, shall be avoided.

Clearly we had a pullback at 1.2740 and slowly the pair is going up holding in the MA9. I believe we can see 1.28xx tomorrow morning.

MA 9 and 20 have been good points for entries.

I'm selling this pair - time to move down, and a tight stop loss at the top of the move will be worth the risk / reward
