So what you need to do is ignore the inner part of the image and examine just the outer perimeter

The outer section is made up from 8 shapes, four shapes of type 'A' and four shapes of type 'B'.
Additionally each of the 'B' shapes is twice the size of the 'A' shapes, and if you don't make this assumption you cannot solve the puzzle.
In total there are twelve units of area, four units in the 'A' shape and eight units in the 'B' shape.
The 'B' shape is 50% purple and 50% blue, so there are 8 units of purple and 4 units of blue.
The percentage of purple units is therefore 100 x ( 8 / 12 ) => 66.6%

Now examine the bit which was in the 'black box', it is made up exactly like the original image ... but a bit smaller.
Around the edge of this smaller part is a series of smaller 'A' and 'B' regions exactly like the second image, but smaller.
If you strip off the outer 'ring' or 'shell' you are left with a reducing image size made up of regions 'A' and 'B' which are gradually getting smaller ... until they vanish.
So, or therefore, the percentage of purple out of the whole image is 66.6% because the percentage of each 'shell' that is purple is 66.6%

Ok so my answer was 0.75 - I can live with that cuz I round no's up anyway - so I woulda got 0.8.

That and how aggressive you are towards the wussies. Also most of us have the ability to temporarily suspend someone. I'm sure that is what happened as he was not gone that long. There are only a few criteria as you can see in the pic.

So, I would not be able to temporarily suspend the loser in the pic, but you get the gist. I think most suspensions are because you upset someone more "senior" than you and they retaliated.

Now if I were to go on a posting spree I could get those > 100 posts on him and would be able to suspend him. My start date at FF is Dec 2010.
