Yesterday we had a narrow spread day with high volume which is an anomaly , seems like the SMART money has began to sell. So for the bulls out there be careful . Look out for some shooting stars or hanging man patterns in the next couple of days.

So, people still selling this pair? Just made a new high, 2nd day of the new month. 1.2 is coming. Stop catching the falling knife , it's unbelievable how many people fall for this trap over and over and over again.

And no, SMART money definitely didn't start to sell (why would they if they haven't taken a profit yet??).

there will be some pullbacks, but on the long run USD is going down. Nice article from 2011 (still valid today).

You know as we get closer to previous support at 1.1875, a lot of traders anticipate a reaction(breakout or retrace),
a lotta traders getting ancious or excited and not wanting to miss the potential move down, especially after 1.1844 held yesterday and subsequently dropped to 1.1785.

today the market expects positive adp in a buildup to friday's nfp. for all you know it could just be the beginning of a retrace for the usd seeing its trading currently near a support.

a trade, long or short, is anybody's to take, not everyone's gon long or short at the same time. that's what makes it a market.

is eurusd overbought? YES i think so, although it still has room to go as high as 1.20 or 1.24
can it retrace to 1.14xx? YES it can, but i don't know where it might begin the retrace, i dont know when big money is gon to start taking profits.

so risk on a short at say 1.1865 which i have taken is about 200pips assuming 1.20 is my sl and reward is about 400pips assuming my tp is at 1.14xx.

so that gives me a risk reward of abt 1:2

so tell me why a short at 1.1865 is a bad trade?

im open to all opinion.
