Weekly downtrend is hardly surprising. CAD has been really undervalued against USD. Oil recovery is a good boost too.

USDCAD 3H Chart:
Looks like it may have a slightly Higher Low
basing pattern?
[UJ may also be basing?]
Edit: USDx has a Higher Low [so far].

Buy USDCAD to get at least 30 PIPS over 1.24800.. if can't break down 1.24800, It will more up to 1.25600
