I'm still thinking, testing and doing my homework. so that there is no need to waste the time of anyone here .. when I have a solid view I will post it with everything you need. till this happens, do your homework may you find a good way of trading suitable for your character.

Forgive my slight newb question but is there a way to update all the FXM indies with the latest version without reloading them 1 by 1 and inputting their settings over again? I have some 10+ baskets with 6-8 FXM indies each, and if there is a simpler way to update to the new FXM version you posted today I'd really love to know how so I can get it all sorted over the weekend. Yes there is.

First use templates, after you have set up a chart with the the FXM indi and the xmess7 EA on it with all the params set to your liking save it as a template.
Right click on the chart->save template and give it a meaningful name.
If you want to start the same, open a chart, right click and load the template and you are ready to go with the sames settings as you saved in the step before.

If you have a bunch of those charts set up go to the upper left corner of MT4 select [File] and store everything as a profile.
Next time your run MT4 you only have to load your profile and all your charts will be opened with all the saved settings.

Even better, if you save the profile as "default" you only have to start your terminal and it will be ready to run.
So you can update FXM_diff3 or XM7.ex4 (tricky one because the name changes) but explained before, close and re-open MT4 and all should be running new versions.

with all due respect to everyone im going to have a moan here - ive used xmess 7 eas from the start and there great but in order to try new setups, ive spent 2 days reading the geko dash, and im sorry but i still havent got a clue, there are 2 eas one sub and one main, there are about 200 settings in each ea and people expect you to know where to put these settings there quoting, its a joke, nobody will give set files or presets to help anymore, they get there arse in there hands when you ask for presets or templates, i understand noobes who havent read the thread and just ask random stupid questions, but ive been on this thread from the start and people have become selfish and dont want to help, not all of them but some of them, half are great and will bend over backwards to help, but for the other half its basically turned into im allright f*** you jack, ive got no pateince with you, go away im not helping you attitude and this isnt helping anyone.

Virtual Basket will close or open on the settings you have put into it, you can also turn off the virtual basket in settings, if you need anymore help pm me

and i am pretty sure other aussie brokers as well, but have yet to verify.

entering the trades manually is a bitch, and a mistake is easily made thats for sure. but thats the only way to bring the trade count down.

Hi Pandora ,

your Virtual Basket will trigger ( opening a real basket ) only when pips profit will reach 10,000 pips ( as per YOUR settings) ... so , I suggest you to modify this to a more reasonable target ...something like 100 pips ... so you will not have to wait ...well , years before
the 10k pips happen .

With regards to the GiG DB there is a CCFp Dashboard thread dedicated to it like this on the GiG forum. Geko has been very helpful and have others and there are set files and templates available there especially from geko. There is also a step by step PDF which explains very clearly how to use the GiG DB, so I'm not sure what you mean.

This has been one of the worst weeks for my weekly baskets since I started testing this strategy 12 week ago, yes I'm still a newb lol.

I'm not sure what it was but the pair were just not agreeing with the CCFp. On the other hand it was a very good week testing the daily set ups and a lot of fun testing the FXM indie which shows so much potential and I've enjoyed its results thoroughly.

Hey guys, thanks for your great work and awesome community contributions. I think that the locking profit function would be much more useful if we could take step profits. Once reach xPips take xPercentage of the trade and move lock to BE+pips. This way we can protect profits and let some run. Have a nice weekend everyone.

FxMadness may I ask what you did or changed to make the new calculations for the CCFp suggestions? I'm checking the differences now and although they are similar very there are some differences in the suggestions and I noticed the change in the values of the histogram. Do you think this new calculation improves the accuracy of the CCFp's suggestions?
