Here's an idea: I read an article on CNBC saying "DOW CLOSES LOWER DUE TO REPUBLICAN VOTING 'NO' ON APPEAL BILL. Apparently two US senators claimed they would vote 'No' on repealing Obamacare.
Anyway, why would this affect the markets? Any financial bills (that have any benefit) will be passed instantly. thus is the down-swing unwarranted?
