Wondering what caused that, probably the spike in both the sterling and the dollar just before the sterling news.

I changed the 50 pips fixed profit to 10 pips per pair and the sl to 20 pips per pair (i am a lazy trader).
It is not ideal RnR but as long as it keeps hitting the tp most of the time.
This was a 4 pair basket just now.

You could start trading this way next to FPB's "set and forget" if you get bored watching the same basket for a month !!

Why don't you reset the complete EA when you click [ Reset EA] and turn everything to zero and start fresh.
Now you reset, you answer the question but nothing happens, you still have to re-load the EA to get things back to zero.
And that even only works if you unload the EA fully not by just changing input parameters.

And there is some more.
After the previous basket run to tp i did an EA reset and i just stared a basket with only 2 pairs (never do that btw. a basket has an absolute minimum of 4 to 5 pairs)
With 2 pairs the EA seems to forget 1 pair in it's calculations.

Yes I closed the basket with + 50 pips profit.. :-) Started another Basket after that (DD was -61 pips), but closed with +50 pips profit aswell.. :-)

hey peeps just wanted your thoughts on the weekly trading this week

many of the weekly setups being tried as you may have noticed yesterday initially were in very modest profit and then significant DD late in the evening. Then around 2am GMT i wake up to see my baskets are now heading for the mountains of green. This is just 2 hours after Tokyo open.

So that had me scratching my head and pointing the finger at JPY. My question is, should we avoid bank holidays for any currencies altogether and just start on Tuesday?

What are your thoughts

FxMadness so from my understanding every time the CCFp refreshes and shows a new pairs selection you will open a new basket manually regardless of the GMT time?

From what I see the CCFp refreshes every 60 mins so effectively after it refreshes and shows new pairs you will open a new basket then after it hits TP then you wait for it to refresh and go again etc?

Strategy, mmm, well that is a difficult question.
If i am not outside smoking or just pouring myself a new whiskey or am bored, i open a basket.
So perhaps i am just lucky.

Ps. xmess7 i had to fill in the sl and tp manually, automatic with two pais still doesn't work.

But really no.

ccfp is another way of calculation "strength" so it doesn't hurt to combine it with another type of strength calculator to come to a trading suggestion.
This somewhat faster re-calculation only works if you use the "Use current" setting if else the D1 indicators will always stay the same for 24 hours.

So a careful mix of timeframes is needed here and i am no where near a set file or even a suggestion, i am just delivering the tool.
Of course all rules like "do not trade near news", "do not trade just before session open" all apply the same.

I have similar problem all last week where it only opens one pair each time. I tried loading the defaults and all the pairs then open. So there is a clash in my settings somewhere. Just can't find it.

it loads, no error, but unloads itself, see journal message.

all files are where they should be. tried 2 different platforms, yet no luck.

Here the files that I got from FXmadness and the template. If you put all the files into their folders and then load the template. It might work! ? Worth a try..

I found that if you set 'set fixed TP and SL per pair' to true it may cause only one pair to open. Did for me anyway.
